Marcello Clarich

Marcello Clarich is Full Professor of Administrative Law since 1990 and has been at the faculty of Law at Luiss “Guido Carli” University since 1999 where he is currently employed. He taught in “Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione” from 1997 to 1999, and he was visiting professor at University of Frankfurt, and visiting scholar at European University Institute.

Marcello Clarich is currently member of several governmental committees on administrative reform and has written extensively in the fields of administrative procedure, antitrust, privatisation, independent administrative authorities, credit rules, administrative reform and electronic communication.

Professor Clarich obtained his LL.M. from Harvard Law School and is mother tongue in Italian, fluent in  English and German and basic French.
