Italian-taught program (go to the page in Italian)
The Master is jointly organized by the LUISS School of Law, the LUISS School of Government and the Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC) and it aims to create professional figures competent in the matter of anticorruption concerning both the public and the private sector.
The program is an answer to the increasing demand in the labor market of highly qualified professionals able to support and advise private companies and public administrations in the elaboration of preventive strategies and systems of compliance to deal with the risk of corruption.
The Master is structured in thematic modules which conjugate theoretical study with practical experiences, in accordance to an interdisciplinary and integrate approach. Furthermore, having taken into consideration the high level of specificity which characterizes the subject, the course combines lectures (which focus on the normative system with also a supranational and comparative perspective) with the analysis of significant case study and the participation to a laboratory on the drafting of organizational models (d.lgs. n. 231/2001) and anti-corruption plans (l. n. 190/2012).
