Marcello Clarich is Full Professor of Administrative Law since 1990.
He is at Faculty of Law of Luiss Guido Carli University since 1999 where he is currently employed. Professor Clarich obtained his LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He taught in “Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione” from 1997 to 1999, and he was visiting professor at University of Frankfurt, and visiting scholar at European University Institute. Marcello Clarich is currently member of several governmental committees on administrative reform. He has written extensively in the fields of administrative procedure, antitrust, privatisation, independent administrative authorities, credit rules, administrative reform and electronic communication. Mother tongue Italian, he speaks English, German and basic French. He is a leading writer for the newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”.
