He co-edited (with Gian Luigi Tosato) a recent volume on “Europe in the XXI Century: Perspectives on the Treaty of Lisbon”, published in November 2009 by CEPS. Has published two widely read pamphlets on the financial crisis, “Keep it simple: Policy responses to the financial crisis” (with Carmine Di Noia, March 2009), and “Overcoming Too-Big-To-Fail: a regulatory framework to limit moral hazard and free riding in the financial sector” (with Jacopo Carmassi and Elisabetta Luchetti, March 2010), both published with CEPS. Writes editorial comments for il Sole 24 Ore and has occasionally published comments in the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal Europe, the Project Syndicate network, Vox-EU, La Voce.
