The Contribution of the Humanities to the Advancement of Public Governance and Public Administration: Perspective and Issues

Luiss School of Government High-Level International Seminar: The Contribution of the Humanities to the Advancement of Public Governance and Public Administration: Perspective and Issues

We're thrilled to announce that the Luiss School of Government is hosting a groundbreaking seminar exploring the nexus of humanities and public governance!

At Luiss SoG, we believe in fostering interdisciplinary dialogue to drive innovation in public administration. This seminar aims to shed light on the often-overlooked role of humanities in shaping the future of governance practices.

This seminar aims to bridge this gap by critically examining how disciplines such as political philosophy, historiography, cultural anthropology, human geography, religious studies, artistic studies, and more can enrich our understanding and practice of PA.

Speakers: Giovanni Orsina, Lorenzo Castellani, Edoardo Ongaro, Chris Ansell, Sebastiano Maffettone, Patrick Overee, Travis A Whetsell, Stefano Biancu, Irene Hardill, Claudio Radaelli, Jonathan Kamkhaji, Pasquale Annicchino, Ronald van Steden, Michele Tantardini, Fabio Rugge, Leonida Tedoldi, Gjalt de Graaf, Geert Bouckaert, Alessandro Sancino.

Let's redefine the boundaries of administrative sciences together!
