Over the last decades, the Mediterranean area has experienced a phase of intense geopolitical and economic instability as confirmed, for example, by Arab springs in the countries of the southern shore and the economic crisis in those of the European shore.
The unique joint master wants to prepare future experts on the political, cultural and economic intricacies of security in the Mediterranean region by bringing together the academic and professional knowledge of two leading European academic institutions: School of Government at Luiss Guido Carli in Rome and Universidad Francisco de Ventura in Madrid.
Students will have the unique possibility of studying in the two universities while interacting with academics and professionals from both institutions and developing an double perspective on Mediterranean security.
