The course is structured in two modules 

• Online Modules  
• Intensive In presence Modules

Online Modules 

This module involves two 10-hours online courses addressing the following topics:  

• Cybersecurity and Cyber-Risks: Mapping the Technological Environment (3-6 July 2023)  
• Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity: Main Management and Policy Challenges (4-7 September 2023) 

The two courses will be delivered online using the Cisco Webex Platform.  

During the week, online courses will be held daily between 10-12:30 Italian time. 

Intensive 5 day in presence module (9-14 October) 

Hosted by Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, this 5 day intensive program will focus on the following topic:  

• Blockchain and Machine Learning: Technological and Application Challenges  
• National and International Legal Challenges of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity  
• Big Data: Technological Developments and Impact on Cybersecurity  
• Machine Learning and Its Contribution to Cybersecurity.  

Classes will be held daily between 9:30 to 17:00 with a lunch break between 12:30-14:00 

Upon completion of the two modules, participants are expected to complete a 3000 word project work in English on a topic to be selected by the individual participants.
