Organisational Procedures

Attendance to the course is free. As for the in-presence module, Luiss Guido Carli will cover the following expenses:  

  • Pre-paid Return Flight from home country to Rome departing October 4th and returning 13th October 2024 
  • Transfer from Rome airport to Hotel 
  • 7-night hotel accommodation in Rome in the area nearby Luiss Guido Carli University
  • All meals and networking dinners are planned in the academic program.  

Luiss will not cover: 

  • Daily allowances or per-diem 
  • Transfer to local departing local airport 
  • Expenses are not included in the academic program.
