Executive Power & Influence Academy

A full-immersion experience designed to expand personal power and the ability to exert effective influence in complex environments.
Students from the Master in European Studies: EU Institutions and Public Policy, the Master in International Public Affairs, and the Joint Master in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs participated in the Executive Power & Influence Academy, led by Professor Veronica Castellano.

Through an intensive journey focused on leadership, strategic communication, public speaking, emotional intelligence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving, participants worked on two core dimensions:
Power Toolbox — a set of practical, immediately applicable skills
Mental Software — a renewed mindset enabling them to think, communicate, and act with clarity, effectiveness, and impact

The goal? Turning potential into action.
Strengthening their ability to lead, influence, and make decisions with confidence and authenticity.
