On 20 September 2013 His Excellency Giorgio Napolitano, President of the Italian Republic, will conclude at the Workshop in Memory of Loris D’Ambrosio. Speakers include Paola Severino, Criminal Law Professor at the Department of Law at LUISS Guido Carli, Giovanni Fiandaca, Criminal Law Professor at the University of Palermo and Ernesto Lupo, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Affairs involving the Administration of Justice, formerly the First President of the Court of Appeals.

On May 8 2013 LUISS School of Government in partnership with LUISS Guido Carli (Department of Political Science) and with the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, are pleased to host in Rome Dr. Shirin Ebadi, 2003 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, for a lecture on "Rights and Civil Society in the Islamic World".
