Enzo Peruffo

Enzo Peruffo Accademico presso la Luiss Guido Carli dal 2007, oggi Professore Ordinario di Strategie d’impresa, Associate Dean for Education e Direttore di MBA & Executive Education presso la Luiss Business School. È stato Visiting Researcher presso l’IE Business School (2018-2021), visiting scholar presso l’INSEAD e la Texas Christian University.

È autore di oltre 100 pubblicazioni che vertono sui temi delle strategie di corporate con focus sulle scelte di disinvestimento, la corporate governance e il ruolo del board nelle strategie, il family business e l’innovazione nelle imprese familiari. I suoi lavori di ricerca sono stati pubblicati su riviste di rilievo nazionale e internazionale (e.g. Strategic Organization, Journal of Business Research, Corporate Governance: an international review; International Journal of Management Reviews; IEEE TEM, Technological Forecasting and Social Change).

Attualmente è membro del Comitato Direttivo e della Giunta della Luiss Business School e Chair dell’alleanza internazionale FOME (Future Of Management Education).
