Though its combination of online and in-presence, the overall objective of the Executive Master is to train 30 highly qualified African diplomats with the following advanced skills:

· Critical understanding of key issues and concepts in world affairs and international relations with a focus on Africa;

· Advanced understanding of the European Union institutions and policies, with a specific focus on the role of Italy;

· Advanced knowledge of global and European policies and instruments associated with the UN Sustainable Development goals;

· Multicultural analytical skills and critical thinking supported by advanced pedagogy;

· Advanced experience in performing bilateral and multilateral working environments with increased confidence;

· Advance their careers in joining a broad group of alumni across the world
