The course is open to 3 participants from each of the following countries:
- Albania
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- North Macedonia
- Montenegro
- Kosovo
- Serbia.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate:
- Undergraduate degree
- Professional experience with a specific interest in the areas of research, diplomacy, public administration
- Age under 40 at the time of application
- Strong professional motivation
- English at least B2
