Strategic Objectives

The Joint Master is targeted to young professionals with a private or public professional background, or graduate students who want to deepen their knowledge regarding global governance and policy management.  

The Joint Master will provide students with dynamic interactions with policymakers and seasoned scholars as well as within the teams of students. It will encourage thorough analysis regarding the way to improve economic governance on the international, regional and corporate level, offering skill-focused learning at the crossroads of theory and practice. The Joint Master will deal with the key challenges that policymakers and managers must tackle to create the conditions for sustained and more inclusive growth. These challenges will be examined and discussed through seminars, case studies and debates, and group reports. 

More specifically, the program will provide the students with the opportunity to: 

1. Assess the role of economic governance in public and private institutions; 

2. Analyse the evolving process of governance in the European Union as well as the challenges ahead; 

3. Analyse the risks and opportunities of globalized interdependence and the regulatory challenges in the globalized economic and financial system; 

4. Work in multi-cultural teams; 

5. Use a large spectrum of information and data to transform them into economic intelligence; 

6. Benefit from the expertise of a team of professional instructors who combine strong academic skills and operational experience; 

7. Expert ‘s applied research feedback; 

8. Building their skills with a hands-on Master thesis mentored by CIFE and Luiss School of Government experts as well as other seasoned policy leaders; 

9. Connecting with CIFE's and Luiss network of policy makers and diplomats while also accessing exclusive project opportunities in European and international institutions.
