This Policy Brief analyzes how the two years of the pandemic have been decisive in accelerating the revolution of our digital health system.
The French legislative elections have shocked the recent performance of the Fifth Republic, with newly elected President Emmanuel Macron failing to gain his autonomous parliamentary majority at the polls. Not even the variegated oppositions can form an alternative governing coalition due to cross vetoes. This situation, in some ways, may push Paris to reconsider some "presidential" excesses not necessarily present in the original version of the Fifth Republic. Moreover, comparisons with other parliamentary models, such as that of Italy, are becoming increasingly frequent in France.
